- Undertook pan-India research to study the existing supply chain and packaging for Nx Pro Home Lockers, a Flagship B2C product offered by Godrej.
- Created a more cost-effective, sustainable and well-designed packaging solution through research driven insights and engineering-design.
- Developed and tested more than 40 prototypes of the solution. Manufactured the packaging solution with the help of our curated network of packaging manufacturers, which was then delivered to our client.

- The project aimed at designing universal packaging for 7000 distinct spare parts required by B2B, B2C and Service division of Godrej Security Solutions.
- Led the development of the world’s pioneering packaging optimization algorithm.
- Algorithm reduced weeks of manual work down to seconds, enabling us to package 50,000 components with high accuracy using k-means clustering and agglomerative reduction.

- Redefined the problem statement and designed a more robust, cost-effective and sustainable packaging solution by adopting a design oriented scientific approach backed by research. Devised better-suited, scientific handling methods and processes for the product.

- Conducted pan-India research to understand the supply chain, existing packaging methods and handling processes for Fire Resistant Filing Cabinet which is a B2B product offered by Godrej.
- Provided a design driven packaging solution backed by science, technology and research along with revised handling methods and procedures for the product. The proposed solution was smart, cost-effective and sustainable.
- Further developed and tested the prototype of the solution. Additionally, the devised handling processes minimized the damages caused to the product while handling.
- Manufactured the packaging solution with the help of our curated network of Packaging Manufacturers, which was then delivered to our client.
- The proposed packaging solution optimized cost by reducing the amount of paper utilized for packaging by 20%.
