Meet Our Co-founders
Ashish Mohite
Ashish is the Head of Design at Amp Design, driven by a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to creating impact through design-led innovation. A graduate in Industrial Design from the MIT Institute of Design, he specializes in form development, product styling, and visualization. Ashish spent a year in the packaging industry, where exposure to key inefficiencies inspired him to co-found Amp Design. His active role in the family business has instilled in him a deep sense of ownership, resourcefulness, and customer-first thinking that continue to shape his design and entrepreneurial approach.
Arya Mohite
Arya is the Head of Operations, Supply-chain Management and Business Development at Amp Design. He is a problem-solver at heart and a graduate from IIM Indore. He has previously worked with the Tata Group and the Aditya Birla Group, and draws on his keen business acumen developed through his journey at IIM and his formative years contributing to his family’s automotive distribution business.
